
Melissa "Missy" Peregrym was born June 16, 1982. She is a Canadian actress. She is best known for her performances in Stick It (2006) and Officer Andy McNally (ABC and Global Television Network series Rookie Blue) in which she received a nomination in the year 2016. Peregrym was a Montrealer and was raised to Rev. Darrell Peregrym, a Pentecostal minister[2][3] as well as Vanessa Peregrym, a housewife. Peregrym declares that she was a tomboy in her childhood. In 2000, Peregrym made her acting debut in an episode of Dark Angel, shot in Vancouver, British Columbia. Based on her first role as a guest-starring roles in The Chris Isaak Show, The Chris Isaak Show, Sash, Jake 2.0, Smallville, Tru Calling, Life as We Know It and Andromeda Heroes as well as in the film Call Me: The Rise and Fall of Heidi Fleiss. Peregrym was engaged to Australian actor Tom Oakley on December 30, 2018. Peregrym and Oakley had a son Otis Paradis Oakley on March 21 2020. The couple also have a daughter, Mela Josephine Oakley, born June 6, 2022. She was publically announced on July 8 2022 via an Instagram post.
