Lisa Edelstein was an American actress who is best known as the star of Fox's House medical show. After turning 18, Lisa moved into New York City from Wayne where she was raised according to traditional Jewish customs. She soon became part of the New York club scene and began making headlines. Also, the press was impressed by her. She utilised both her experience in the music industry and public recognition to write and perform in a brand new musical called Positive Me. Awake to the Wild Side, a show that she hosted on MTV was soon her task. When it ended up going off the air, she began appearing in films and television production at first in small roles before establishing herself as an actress.
